Staying here was a mixed experience. the staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when I faced unexpected challenges. The hotel itself seemed a bit dated, with some noise issues and cleanliness could use improvement, but the bar and restaurant offered great service and tasty options.

The indoor pool was lovely, but the

water temperature was a bit cool for my taste. The fitness center was nice, and the staff were very welcoming throughout our stay. However, the parking fee seemed a bit steep compared to other hotels nearby.

i had a solid stay in des plaines. the king room with sofa bed gave enough space for my kids, and we enjoyed the pool area. the parking was simple and reasonably priced.

I loved the King Room Sofa Bed! It was spacious enough for my kids and me to spread out and relax. The clean indoor pool was a perfect way to unwind after our busy day. The staff were so helpful, ensuring our needs were met with smiles and warm welcomes!

Family with children getaway

stayed here for a concert with my kids. the pool was amazing and the king room with a sofa bed had enough space for all of us.

it wasn’t cheap but it was still acceptable for what we got.

I stayed for a concert at the nearby Allstate Arena and found the room to be quite nice. The pool area looked appealing, even though I didn't get a chance to use it. The parking was also straightforward, which was a plus. However, I did encounter some issues with the staff regarding my reservation, and the elevators were out of service, which added some inconvenience to my stay.

Just a reliable pick for a speedy visit in Des Plaines with value for price. The staff at the front desk were always friendly in person and on the phone. Make sure to double-check for shuttle availability if you’re flying in late.

A cozy stay with a twist

Woke up refreshed in a spacious King room. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations, especially the delightful coffee blends that fueled our day of adventure.

However, the hot water was lukewarm at best, which left us craving a better shower experience. It was a disappointing twist in an otherwise great stay.

I stayed in the King Room with Sofa Bed, and it was spacious enough for me and my two kids. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. We had lots of towels, which was great. The pool area looked nice, though we didn't use it. Parking was easy too.

would like to go back here again

Clean and spacious room with air conditioning, microwave, and refrigerator. Love the private bathroom with good shampoo and body soap. Bed was comfy, perfect after long travels. The indoor pool was warm and inviting for relaxing evenings. Super convenient parking at reasonable rates. Close to restaurants and casino for entertainment.
